Mission & Vision
"I know what mental illness looks like, and I know that if a person is not ready to get help, they won't."
- Jenifer Lewis
The Qween Foundation Incorporated empowers women and girls to invest in their mental well-being and seek help by increasing mental health awareness. We are a survivor-led organization. We aim to destigmatize mental health and prevent suicide by providing resources, tools, and support on our online platforms. TQF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization as a public charity founded and led by Alicia Montgomery.
TQF hopes to inspire a world where self-care is encouraged, more self-love is practiced, and compassion is shown for others to let them know they are not alone.
1. Affordable Therapy Initiative We provide funding for therapy to women and girls through our foundation and grants from donors.

3. Self-Care Club We encourage and engage in stress relieving activities such as dancing, pottery making, art therapy, yoga, painting, and women empowerment events.
4. Scholarships We will annually fund scholarships to senior year students studying psychology/counseling.
